6–7 November 2026 | Dilijan, Armenia

Where financial services, technology and business analysis come together to turn ideas into impact.

Why This Conference Matters

Armenia’s financial services sector is entering a period of structural change, driven by the shift from Open Banking to Open Finance, the maturation of national digital public infrastructure, and rising expectations regarding artificial intelligence governance, digital identity, and secure data exchange. Realizing this change responsibly requires more than technology: it requires disciplined business analysis to translate policy and strategy into implementable, well-governed solutions.
The Central Bank of Armenia and the IIBA Armenia Chapter have jointly organized this conference to bring the institutions shaping this transformation into direct dialogue with the practitioners implementing it. The program is deliberately built around applied, project-based experience rather than theoretical exposition, and it is designed to produce working outcomes, not only discussion.
