Hasmik Martirosyan, CBAP®, PMP®

Hasmik Martirosyan, CBAP®, PMP®, is the Founding President of the IIBA Armenia Chapter and a Business Analysis consultant specializing in business transformation, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery. With more than a decade of experience leading complex initiatives across banking, fintech and digital transformation, she helps organizations bridge business vision with technology execution.

As a recognized leader in Armenia's Business Analysis community, Hasmik founded the IIBA Armenia Chapter, created the Association of Business Analysts in Armenia LinkedIn community, and launched the BA Chronicles discussion series to advance the profession through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration.

Marina Aslanyan

Marina is a Business Analysis leader and Product Manager with over 12 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, driving product strategy, and partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver impactful digital solutions. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.  As Vice President of Communications & Marketing at the IIBA Armenia Chapter, she is dedicated to strengthening the chapter's visibility, fostering an engaged BA community, and creating opportunities for professionals to learn, connect, and grow.

Amalya Kakosyan, CBAP®, PSPO

Amalya is a CBAP®-certified Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience across insurance, hospitality, fintech, e-commerce, and other domains. She leads strategic initiatives in requirements engineering and product ownership, with strong expertise in bridging business and technology and applying data-driven and AI-enabled approaches to deliver value. Passionate about mentorship and career development, Amalya is dedicated to empowering professionals to achieve their career goals and advancing continuous professional development in business analysis.

Mariam is a CBAP-certified Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Project Manager with extensive expertise in fintech, compliance, and digital transformation. She has successfully led large-scale initiatives in business process management, reporting solutions, and data-driven products, delivering measurable business impact. Passionate about continuous learning and innovation, Mariam is committed to fostering collaboration and helping professionals achieve their goals.

Esfira Ghazaryan

Esfira is a senior Business Analyst with a diverse background spanning insurance, fintech, e-commerce, wellness and hospitality, and commodity sales. She has contributed to presales initiatives, delivered trainings, and mentored aspiring Business Analysts, guiding them in their professional growth. With a passion for AI, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement, Esfira brings creativity and innovation to every project she leads.

Karen Sargsyan, PhD

Karen holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics and is an expert in Human Resources and Change Management. With nearly 25 years of experience driving social and organizational transformation across diverse sectors—including local communities, NGOs, the private sector, startups, and public administration—he specializes in fostering sustainable behavioral and cultural shifts.
 
Combining consultancy and capacity building with coaching elements, Karen’s core areas of expertise include designing simple solutions for multi-variable workplace challenges, behavioral change architecture, people engagement, critical thinking development, and alternative decision-making. Currently, Karen serves as the Head of the Business Analysis Department at the Central Bank of Armenia.

Anahit Marutyan

Education has always been Anahit’s true passion. Alongside her professional journey at EPAM, where she has been actively engaged in R&D projects and played diverse product-related roles, including Scrum Master for a student-focused initiative, she also owns a training center that has already helped dozens of people successfully transition into the roles they’ve always dreamed of.

As VP of Education and Partnerships, Anahit is committed to fostering professional growth by organizing training programs, study groups, and certification support aligned with IIBA standards. She focuses on building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, companies, and training providers to expand learning opportunities and enhance the chapter’s value through collaborative initiatives and shared resources.
