The purpose of the Chapter is to promote the practice of business analysis, raise the profile of the business analyst role, and locally represent International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).  The Chapter is run by a Board of Directors who are elected by Chapter members at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board meets on a regular basis to not only strategize and take care of general business but also to plan events, discuss guest speakers, and coordinate conference participation.

A list of the Chapter Officers is available. Copies of the executive meeting minutes can be obtained by contacting the Chapter President.

Our Chapter Bylaws
The bylaws of the IIBA Armenia Chapter serve as the foundation for our governance, transparency, and accountability. They define the chapter’s structure, leadership roles, membership policies, and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with IIBA Global standards. By providing clear guidelines, the bylaws support our mission to foster professional growth, collaboration, and community building. We invite all members and stakeholders to review them, as they represent our shared commitment to integrity, inclusivity, and excellence in advancing the business analysis profession in Armenia.
Our Chapter Policies
The policies of the IIBA Armenia Chapter provide guidance on how we operate as a professional community. They outline our principles of governance, membership, ethics, events, and financial transparency, ensuring fairness, accountability, and alignment with IIBA Global standards. These policies are designed to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where members can thrive, learn, and contribute to the growth of the business analysis profession in Armenia. By following these policies, we strengthen trust, encourage active participation, and build a sustainable foundation for our chapter’s long-term success.
